Peddie Bell was set up by Victoria Bell in 2013 to provide consulting and advisory services, and "outsourced operating partner" expertise to businesses and organisations going through or seeking change, most often under Private Equity ownership, or to funds themselves.

An accomplished Board-level executive and Chartered Accountant, Victoria is an energetic professional with a track record in building global teams, delivering value and exceeding targets in Private Equity backed businesses.  She is goal oriented and focussed on utilising her skills to facilitate delivery to clear strategic objectives, whilst maintaining a people orientation and bringing contagious enthusiasm to the teams with whom she works.
