  • Victoria has worked with a number of funds as the CFO designate on potential acquisitions.  This has included working with funds and their advisers through the buy side process, and has included being key point for the fund on site with the target, assessing post-acquisition strategy, strength and depth of management and staff, capex investment profile and working capital.
