Victoria was engaged to lead the Purchase Price Accounting and Opening Balance Sheet review against a tight deadline, including liaising with the shareholders to ensure alignment of goals and outcomes, and discussion with auditors. 

Included real estate valuation as well as an assessment of contingent liabilities, providing balance sheet liabilities of c.50% of EBITDA
