Victoria was engaged to support the new CFO in the initial post acquisition workstreams, with a focus on key deliverables and transformation planning including: 

• Establishment of the new Group - functionally and culturally
• Month end close improvement - speed and accuracy - reduced from >12WD to WD7
• Review and recruitment of first line of reports to CFO
• Review of structure and size of all teams and realignment for future needs, including set up of Group Treasury and recruitment of experienced payments project resource for major product development
• Major BI/ ERP reconciliation project
• Year end accounts delivery and preparation of first round of Consolidated Lender Reporting
• planning for merger integration with Nets A/S
• German GAAP to IFRS Conversio
